Purpose of processing
Veloleague offers an online results recording service - we need to process rider information to fulfil this contract for our customers.
Information we collect
When you visit our site, we collect information regarding the pages you viewed. When you sign up we also collect registration details. If you create a club we will collect billing information and various club details to help you run your club events.
Specifically, to display result information we are the data processor and we collect and display participant names. For user accounts and clubs we act as data controller.
Lawful basis
Data is recorded for contractual purposes. We provide a service to our customers which requires the collection of some data.
Retention periods
Veloleague will retain data for as long as the associated account is open. Inactive accounts will have their data removed after 1 year.
Event participants can contact their league representative (e.g. the account owner) to delete their data.
Cookies
We use cookies to allow users to log into our service and to track page usage across the site with Google Analytics. You can delete these cookies at any time in your browser.
Right of appeal
You have a right to appeal. Please contact Veloleague at support@veloleague.come. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the ICO in the UK.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you consent you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at support@veloleague.com
